Return and Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the Return and refund will be as follows:

What is the 5-Day Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item replaced? What if the Product does not fit me?

Every Product sold at is covered under our 5-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 5 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you.

Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 5 Day Replacement Guarantee. If Product is used, damaged or original tags are missing.

Cancel Policy

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on (mention time to call) In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy?

No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy.

How do returns work?

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange
  4. Fill in the details and raise a return request

Once you raise a request, you'll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved, or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement orrefund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your extracoin account. You can also write to for assistance.

I see the 'Cancel' button, but I can't click on it. Why?

A disabled 'Cancel' button can means Product is not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your extracoin account in a form of wallet Points or equivalent amount will be credited to your bank account through NEFT.
